Customer Feedback. How are Love Electric?

Hi all,
My employer has a scheme with Love Electric (and for some reason, Tusker too).
I'm considering a car via work.

I've emailed both companies over the last few weeks to ask more questions about the process, and in that time Love Electric have yet to respond.
Tusker have been pretty good, but their selection of cars isn't ideal.

It got me thinking..... If I'm being ignored by Love Electric at this stage, what is the actual customer experience like?
Thought I'd ask yourselves.

Apologies that you're experience with Loveelectric has not been positive thus far. I really hope we can change this moving forward.

Firstly, our emails sometimes land in customers spam folder - would you be able to check your spam just in case?
